Meet Our Team
Maho began his culinary adventure in Europe, receiving a rigorous education at a culinary school in the southern region of Germany. After graduating in 1984, Maho returned to his hometown of New York to spend a summer in the kitchen at Vienna 79, the venerable nouvelle Austrian restaurant awarded four stars by The New York Times.
Sarah has been working with Maho Catering for over a decade. Prior to becoming the General Manager at M Catering, Sarah spent three years managing events for Devil’s Food Catering in Portland, Oregon. Her years of experience include everything from managing 700+ plated black tie dinner galas, to day-long corporate events, and intimate in-home dinners. In the off-season Sarah likes to spend her time traveling the world.
With over a decade in the restaurant world Dan has worked in every aspect in the service industry. in 2010 he decided to focus his attention to is real passion for cooking. Working closely under Chef Maho, he has been able to merge his middle eastern background, attention to detail and creativity to be a real asset to the team at Maho Catering. His love for the mountains keeps him entertained outside of the kitchen while skiing, climbing and biking in the Tetons.
